Fundraising competition

Hey Youth and Young Adults!! we will start a “fundraising competition.” This completion will require each youth group to raise as much money as they can in one moth and turn it into the national youth committee. Once that is done we will present a gift [different gift each month] to the youth group that has raised the most money.

We will announce the gift at the beginning of each month that the competition will be held. we will begin in November. so stay tuned to our website [fifyouthusa.com] to keep track of the winning youth group and the gift announcement.

Learning from Jesus’ Example
Luke 2:41- 52
-I encourage you to be hungry and thirsty for the things of God even if it includes fasting and praying
-Go to a meeting where when it’s done you can say “this was God….Hallelujah…”
-I encourage you to have a teacher in your life; teachers are necessary in you lives- people who can counsel in the aspects of life (career, academic, spiritual growth, proper way to marry etc.) and maturity, someone to rely on, a man or woman of God, someone who knows the Word of God
-You need to be able to listen. God speaks to people who listen. BE A GOOD LISTENER (be sensitive, attentive and hear)
**That’s why you have one mouth and two ears**
-Learn to sit down and listen; ask questions (it’s a good sign that you are a leader: you want to know). You will be able to come to a level of understanding (above knowing)
Psalms 1
-Be slow to answer back, quick to listen
-Sow your energy in the things of God; be busy in GOD’S BUSINESS!
-Don’t expect everyone to understand you; not everyone will understand you
-Some of you will never succeed as leaders in the things of your lives until you learn to be subject to others/be able to submit to authority (Pastors etc.)/ to be under leadership
-Like Jesus, may we grow in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and men.

Welcome to FIF Youth USA!

Greetings! We would like to start by saying “God is awesome”; and the power of Jesus Christ is seen all across the nation in F.I.F. Youth. This is because of God’s grace and favor, that is on us all. As many of you saw during last years’ “Takeover” and “Ignite” conferences our Lord Jesus Christ is living and powerful, he is a “doing God” as our main speaker said during the 2010 Conferences. God transformed so many lives through His word. We give praise to God for having blessed us to be part of Forward in Faith, a ministry that was started by God, when He called our father Dr. Ezekiel Guti; when he was also a youth like us. God told him “Fear not, sin not,” and because of his obedience to God’s word, we are being blessed every second.
